Services & Fees

STEP ONE: Initial Consultation

The first step to working with WEC is a one-hour phone consultation. This consultation allows WEC to learn more about your family, needs, and goals. Initial consultations are billed at $250. An access fee is not required to schedule the initial consultation.

STEP TWO: Annual Access Fee

Payment of an annual $2,500 access fee is required to utilize any of WEC’s services. Once paid, families may request the services listed below.

Consulting SERVICEs

  • Consulting services provided on an as-needed, hourly basis. This includes: consultations via phone, text, or email & in-person sessions.

    $250/hour

    *Admissions & IEP consulting is not available on an hourly basis

  • An admissions consulting package tailored specifically to your family’s needs and goals. This package includes an in-person session, referral to a testing provider, testing review, curated school recommendations, parent statement review, parent interview/student visit guidance, and general application support.

    $5,000

    *Please note that we offer post-cycle admissions consulting at a higher rate than our consulting rate during the standard cycle.

  • Consulting services specifically for families considering the process of a 504 or Individual Education Plan for their child.

    $1,500 - $4,500

  • This package provides a year of dedicated support for one student. It includes up to two consulting hours per month and unlimited educator & provider referrals. This package also includes consulting services not included at the hourly rate, such as:

    Coordination & conversations with teachers, in-class observations, referral of 1-1s, and parent coaching.

    $25,000 per student

  • A full service approach to college consulting to support students and families every step of the way-- from preparation, to exploration, application, matriculation, and beyond! This package includes referral to a WEC Champion, internship placement, test prep referral and score review, application guidance and interview preparation, portfolio development, navigating college resources and services, making the most of college life, major selection, course registration and more.

    $7,500 per student

Referral Services

  • The referral of a Tutor, Enrichment Specialist, or Champion with no customization.

    $250

  • The referral of a Tutor, Enrichment Specialist, or Champion with an additional support plan tailored to your child’s needs.

    $350

  • The referral of an at-home or in-class 1-1 aide.

    *This service is only offered through our Full Service Platinum Consulting Package

  • The referral of a full-time teacher for individual or pod homeschooling.

    $6,000 - $10,000

  • The referral of a professional specialist or family service provider.
